Why I’m a Small Business Coach
I have always been passionate about business. I was surrounded by it growing up, studied it at school, became expert in it marketing some of the world’s biggest brands and used it to lead three successful startups.
Along the way I realized there was one other thing I am passionate about – helping real people overcome real challenges. I started management training courses and over the years have worked with the homeless and founded a thriving church.
Small business coaching enables me to bring these two passions together by making it easier for small business owners to start, grow and develop their businesses.

Breaking Out Of The Box
A few years ago, I came home to find a full-grown Hawk trapped in my study. This amazing creature was stuck and unable to stretch its wings and soar to the heights it was capable of.
How it got there remains a mystery but it was this event that prompted me to start coaching.
You see, so many small business leaders I speak to today are like this Hawk. Full of potential but stuck and unsure how to break through to the success they know they are capable of.
Like I did with this Hawk, I want to make it easy for you to find the window, break through whatever barriers you are facing and go on to soar to the amazing heights that you are capable of.

Some Key Facts About Me
I am British (with an English accent!)...and studied at Oxford University.
My early career was spent in Marketing for Global Company Unilever in London.
Since then, I have led three successful startups – including a major drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in London, a thriving church in Charlotte NC, and this coaching business.
As well as being a certified coach, I am a director of an International Aid Organization that supports work in India.
I am married have three grown kids and two large dogs!
I like to stay active and enjoy golf, running, and scuba diving. When I was younger I was a University national champion in rowing!
My dream is to have a lake house in the NC mountains!
